Administrator Logs - add new search option

Hello,

currently we have this search form in the admin logs:

I want to suggest to add also the "Action" field because I think it's most important part of these logs. 😉 See:

    The same issue with "Moderator Logs".

    The "Search" field when viewing the results will search "Action." Same for Moderator Logs. You can then combine that with the advanced search options to search all fields.
