I would like have different groups for different members, but with some step should be start by member them completed by moderator. After registration by default all have the Member group, but I would like create different "Group validation data" form as different group requirements for members who ask to join it. After the member joined, there should be appear a message that indicate member have to choose groups available to joined, action after that appear related Group validation data form to filled, moderator received notification and validate if the member have the form(or profile fields) filled correctly to approve the join request, if yes them the member will automatically added to related group.
