How to avoid security email when using chrome incognito mode

Got this from one of my clients.

When logging in on incognito mode I get emails saying a new device has been logged in under your account. This totally removes the privacy aspect of the site.

Can someone help?

Well, the user hasn’t thought that through. Either he can be incognito (and a guest) or be logged in with his account—not both.

Think the user here does not really understand what incognito does or what is happening. As mentioned by opentype, either you're a guest (no real information known about you) or you're logged in (information known that is the user provided). Being incognito would not change any of that. With using incognito and logging in, of course, account security aspects of our software (which is this email is about) are going to be triggered because incognito removes all cookies, cache, local storage, etc... Essentially, a brand new browser each and every time you use it.
