Posted September 2, 20195 yr Hello, I'm in the middle of maintenance and upgrading my install of ipboard. However, I'm getting license server connection issues. There was an error communicating with the IPS License Server: Connection timed out. Please try again later or contact IPS technical support for assistance. My server is remote, so its not a network issue. I already have a support ticket logged, but was wondering if it was only me affected. Thanks!
September 2, 20195 yr I can confirm that it works. Are outgoing connections working at all? Please submit a ticket, so that we can take a look at this, if it's still not working for you.
September 4, 20195 yr Author Thanks. I submitted a ticket yesterday. I can ping the license server and attached atraceroute to the ticket.
