zyx
Hi guys, any help with the below issue would be hugely appreciated, as my site is currently unusable. Thanks. CSS has stopped loading completely for guests. Support tool cannot be run without crashing. Guests get the following error on every page: Sorry, there is a problem Something went wrong. Please try again. Error code: EX144

Joel R
If you can get into the ACP disable all third party apps and plugins. Revert to default theme. You may have outdated mods or theme templates.
zyx
Thanks both for the quick replies. 7 minutes ago, Tom S. said: Anything in the system longs? System -> Support -> System logs Couple of template errors for a theme that guests can't even access so I'm pretty sure they aren't related. Only other thing is this from today: IPS\Http\Request\CurlException: Resolving timed out after 45573 milliseconds (28) 3 minutes ago, Joel R said: If you can get into the ACP disable all third party apps and plugins. Revert to default theme. You may have outdated mods or theme templates. Unfortunately no luck with this. The site runs completely normally if a member is logged in, yet doesn't work at all for guests (every page spits out above error, and no css loads at all). I'm trying to work out what would specifically be causing this issue for guests but not logged in members.

Outdated theme code could cause this. Did you do what Joel said and tried with a stock theme? Next thing I would check/test is the caching settings. Maybe a block only guests can see?
zyx
Thank you very much for the replies and suggestions. I don't fully understand how, but running the 'repair database' tool in cpanel somehow solved it.
