Forum topics edit/update notifications

Hi there,

I've many posts on my Forum, and i used to edit it adding new data. But on the forum list it shows only when the topic has been created. I would like to show to the users when the topic has been updated.

The same thing happens on activity menu, it only shows the new topics created, not updated. Any developer are interested on implement this feature? if so how much?
