alexxis Posted September 27, 2019 Share Posted September 27, 2019 Hi Adriano, The bug is found in your plugin (very likely): the browsers of users in the Active Users widget are shown incorrectly - all the users there have the same browser icon like the first user in the list has: In fact, the only first member uses a Vivaldi browser among them. On the WhosOnline widget the browsers are shown correctly. Please advise, Link to comment

Both widgets uses the same template, which uses the same variable. Probably a "cache" issue. Have you tried to remove the block and add it again? Link to comment

alexxis Posted September 27, 2019 Share Posted September 27, 2019 I have just given the rights to see browsers to all groups including guests: the issue is still there 😞 I am using your plugin for the first day today. Installed it in the morning. I have also tried to reproduce it on my localhost, but it is a bit hard to do: even if I am using three accounts, the page refresh shows only one user on the page 😞 Link to comment

Did you selected groups in the settings that should view the icons? Did you wait for the cache update as this is a widget and it is caches? If so, send a message with your board URL and ACP account.
