Probably the letter B, a, e, is with Cyrillic , and it is also possible that this user has a similar email address using the Cyrillic symbol. beats23 Posted July 15, 2019 Author Share Posted July 15, 2019 The avatars are different because I have an avatar generator that gives the user a random avatar on signup. both duplicate was created at the exact same time, similar to bug that would create a duplicate forum post. If you can't figure out how it happened (do you have any third party login handlers, custom plugins that affect registration or member accounts, etc.) you should submit a ticket.
