Invision Community 4: SEO, prepare for v5 and dormant account notifications Matt November 11, 2024Nov 11
Posted July 9, 20195 yr I have a lot of legacy postings in a number of specialist boards that would probably do a lot better as clubs. I don't see any current method of being able to import/move that content into a club. Are there plans afoot to enable Invision to do this?

July 9, 20195 yr Author Thanks. Is there no bulk move option? I have some forums with over 100k posts in them!

July 10, 20195 yr Author I have another question about converting existing boards to clubs: How will this impact SEO for posts on the boards? Does Invision change the URL at all?

Does Invision change the URL at all? No. The content item (e.g. the topic) does not contain any information about the container (e.g. the forum) in the URL.
