Invision Community 4: SEO, prepare for v5 and dormant account notifications Matt November 11, 2024Nov 11
Posted June 13, 20195 yr I'm no techie, that's for sure. And this latest blunder confirms this. But I hosed my board trying to upgrade from 4.4.3 to 4.4.4 I originally contacted Invision support but they don't assist with upgrades, so I was left to my own devices. Well, something(s) went wrong and now my board is inaccessible. Can someone help get my board back online? Thank you.
June 13, 20195 yr Can you confirm the ticket number for me so I can take a look? While it is true that we don't generally perform upgrades for clients in most cases, if you run into trouble we are absolutely there to help. It's possible that the situation may have been misunderstood and I'd like to ensure we get you all taken care of.

June 13, 20195 yr I've added a followup reply to that ticket, since I'm uncertain if you're still having issues. I did just visit your site and it appears everything is ok, but wanted to be sure.
June 14, 20195 yr Author Mark, I'm not seeing what you're seeing when I go to my site. I replied to my support ticket with the latest.
