Hey everyone, is there a way to make The Who's online a little more real time? If able to increase the rate at which it shows who is viewing the site, does that kill server resources?

Are you referring to the block you add to other pages? If so, it uses block caching like most other blocks, and you would need to reduce the block caching time frame in order for this particular block to update more often (but note that this will affect all blocks and not just this one).
