[PAID] Pages, change requirement status of a field

Hello,

I am ready to pay for a modification / plugin that will bring following functionality.

Pages do offer to create a bunch of fields per database. The fields can be configured to "required", so user may force record submitter to fill the field. I want to be able to change that requirement in certain cases, e.g. from template level.

I toggle fields visibility basing on value selected in dependent field, so some fields do not display. The problem appears when the not visible field is set to required, what does not allow to submit the form. I want be able to lift that requirement whenever I decide it is necessary too.

I open open to hear about possible solutions for the problem.
