I need some help and any and all information is VERRY HELPFUL..

I have an active account through invision community and i was wondering how do i make a LANDING PAGE (aka HOME)

I was on RuneServer and seen someone had posted a Landing Page Template that you can download and EDIT but the thing is.... now that i have it downloaded i have NO IDEA on how to use it. Where to put code or whatever it is i have to do..
