Block swapper / rotator

Maybe this is an idea for a developer.

A block that holds a list of blocks and rotates through them?

This could allow you to keep your sidebar simple, and feature a different list of stuff on refresh.

Article List, Gallery Images, Videos.... ect...

Keep it fresh in the sidebar and maybe drive more content discovery?

Just a thought....
