add custom links in user profiles and postbit

Hi,

My forum is a part of a wider website on which the users also have a profile with an url ending with their userid (https://www.example.com/external-profile/<<userid>> for example).

I would like to add an icon in the postibit, on the hovercard, and on the user profile with a link to their external profile. The icon would be displayed also in mobile view.

Would anybody be able to make this happen ? ideally it would be nice to be able to add 2 or 3 seperate links with each their icon and their url (and to be able to put the userid as a variable in the url).
