Joel R
This is prompted by my other question on what are your plans once you pass away. It sounds like for many communities, the community is centered on and reflective of the Community Founder. This usually refers to communities where the Founder plays a strong role, makes all of the big decisions himself (herself), How extensive is your control of your community? For example, are you the Big Boss who can decide and implement any changes whenever he wants? Or is your committee driven by consensus of a team of members where youre one voice out of many?

Jock3r
I am the Big Boss but I mostly listen to the community's needs and implement stuff accordingly to that, I do not go on implementing stuff on my own that the community may not like 🙂 Joel R
