Feedback on split posts screen with clubs disabled

Hello,

I noticed that on 4.0.1, the window to split posts shows a "Clubs" option. Since we have Clubs disabled, this makes no sense. IMO, this window should check whether Clubs are enabled or disabled and show this option accordingly. See screenshot below.
