Is it possible to change the message in the notificationcenter/part/balloon that if someone gets a "like" for example from "User xx reacted to a post in a topic Forumupdate"  to/in "User xx likes your post  in a topic Forumupdate"

Yes, you could do that by translating the relevant language string:

Be warned, though, that if you have more than one reaction type, people will still see this message. It says "reacted to" rather than "liked" so that sites can offer more than just a "like". If you intend to have thanks, haha, downvotes etc, then you shouldn't translate this. 

Thx, i knew where i could translate but which string is for the likes or can i add a string for that?

is there anyone who can tell me where i can find the string/translation for the Like notification?

As far as I know this can't be done. I can only find 1 string for all reactions which is:

notification__new_react

If you change this, you will also get "user liked" when there is in fact a reply.
