Husenjan Posted February 27, 2019 Share Posted February 27, 2019 When customers are paying for access to my forum, IPS is sending the "shipping" parameter to paypal, and therefor, paypal is forcing users to submit their billing address. i understand that the billing address is used for anti fraud and such, but i feel that having the users submit their postal address will deter some users.
