I want to showcase various tags . on on eof my page

Cannot find the settings for custom block

where to look for ?. 

There isn't a tag cloud built in.

There is a "Similar Content" block that can be added to the sidebar on content pages, which will pull topics tagged similar to the content you are viewing.

I want to have a tag clod on the home page

Advanced Tag and Prefix has a tag cloud.  

I don't recommend the file anymore though.
