Kathie Capra Posted February 11, 2019 Share Posted February 11, 2019 Is there a way to allow forum registrants to "save" their registration and return to complete it later? For example, on our product forums, we require all registered users to input their serial number as a way to determine which product forum they belong on (and also to verify that they are indeed a customer), But when they're registering, they don't always have their serial number handy and they would like to have the ability to complete their registration at some point in the future.
