Managing the store

Hi all, 

I'm hoping I can get some help  wit this, and maybe i'm missing something obvious, but how to I best manage a store?

I'm currently struggling with:

1. displaying list of who has bought a product.  If I could have this as an automatically updated page that would be great!

2. Having an easy way to check inventory? 

These are the main two, but overall compared to something like WooCommerce on wordpress its a difficult system to use.
