Invision Community 4: SEO, prepare for v5 and dormant account notifications Matt November 11, 2024Nov 11
Posted January 28, 20195 yr Dear @stoo2000, I just attempted to integrate the Wordpress SSO plugin with my IP.BOARD configuration, but the option to choose "Role Mappings" does not pop up after I hit the "Save" button on the configuration. See attached image. Help?
January 28, 20195 yr Hi Tim, Please follow the support information on the file description (or in the included PDF). You probably don't want to post that information publicly, leaking that API key can give anyone access to your member data. Although, it does look like your WordPress URL is wrong, this should be where your WordPress install is, not Invision Community. Thanks, Stuart
January 28, 20195 yr Author Actually, I figured it out. Thanks, Stuart, for your help. Telling me which url to enter was the missing puzzle piece.
February 5, 20195 yr Author @stoo2000, Wordpress SSO plugin doesn't seem to be working. I logged in through my member site as I normally would, but when I go to my IP.BOARD forum, I am not signed in like I normally am. See attached screenshot. When I go to log in using the sign in method, it pulls up a blank screen. This is also occurring for my other members who aren't admins. Worst part is that I can't access my Admin panel for IP BOARD to see what the problem is because I can't seem to log in.
February 5, 20195 yr Author Ok, it is working again... It seems like this has occurred before. So, why does the functionality of the plugin work sometimes, and sometimes not? Its like it takes a break from a bit, then it works again.
February 8, 20195 yr The PDF is included in the download, it basically asks you to create a support ticket on my site ( https://ipb.silvesterwebdesigns.com/support ). I do however see that you've sent me a PM too, so I'll look in to that now :)
