I have designed one lead submission database with IP Pages and after guest submits the query it shows the error page as per the permission set that guest can't view the records.

I wish to display the simple thank you page after any user or guest submit there query, is it possible...?

Not sure if this is possible, if you have a submit url you could assign this to a popup if you use the easy popup plugin.
