Posted December 13, 20186 yr We redirect our Contact Us form (for guests) to created Support Requests. Right now they all come through with the title of "Support Request created via Contact Us Form". We would like to offer an optional subject line on the contact us form. Seems a simple request, but I cannot find the setting?
