Invision Community 5: A video walkthrough creating a custom theme and homepage By Matt Yesterday at 04:02 PM
connor6561 Posted November 30, 2018 Posted November 30, 2018 So I've bought the $30 USD forums, and I haven't got it yet? Any idea on how long it will take for me to be able to access and edit the website?
Aiwa Posted November 30, 2018 Posted November 30, 2018 It's usually near instant. Unless your payment got caught in their fraud filters, at which point it'll be a short delay for your payment to be approved. If you haven't heard / seen anything in 24 hours, submit a support ticket to the IPS sales department to check up on your order. Barring that, I suggest checking your spam folder to make sure your mail client didn't think your community details were spam.
Rhett Posted November 30, 2018 Posted November 30, 2018 Your purchase was instant and setup 16 hours ago. I noticed you changed your email a couple of times, if you entered it incorrectly when you signed up, you would not have received the email with your access details. If so, please submit a support ticket in our client area and we can assist you https://invisioncommunity.com/clientarea

Rhett Posted November 30, 2018 Posted November 30, 2018 I just replied to your ticket, as a best guess you have our email going into your spam folder, check gmails webmail and select the spam folder, if the emails are in there, add us to your contacts in gmail to prevent our email from going into spam.
