Hi guys,

Looking for some help - recently, anyone who registers on the site with an email address, instead of having their initial in the profile picture - it comes up with a broken image icon. Anyone had this before?

 

Are they logging in with a social media account by any chance?  Are you using any third-party mods for avatars?  

This might be an icon override, as the default is the Letter Avatars

Send in a support ticket.

Cheers buddy - will do - Social logins are absolutely fine, it's when they just sign up with email. There are mods but thought it easier to ask than list them 😉

Disable any mods that might impact registration for a day, and then see what new happens to new registrations.  

Also, you can check your error logs to see if anything is happening (in your ACP, just type in error logs into the search bar)
