WordPress SSO not working after the update

Featured Replies

Hello,

after updating to the new version of IP board, the connection between the user account in WP and IP is gone.

To test it out, try to register here:

https://facetrainingcenter.com/register/

Previously, you'd be logged in and redirected directly to the forums, over here:

https://facetrainingcenter.com/forums/

But right now, after the registration, you only get redirected there. You're not logged in, and there's no account created in the backend of IP board.

Can you help out, please?

Just to add,

The account role "Subscriber" is mapped to the the forum "Member" role:

Also, the wp_api.php in my root folder is correct:

If you guys need website logins, I can give them to you.

There is no official WordPress connection. It seems to be a third-party solution (by Stuart Silvester?). You need to contact the developer for support.

Is there a way to contact the developer? I went to his website (https://ipb.silvesterwebdesigns.com), but I couldn't create an account there (prohibited). I sent them an email, but no response so far.

Hi Matt,

Sorry about that, you're being flagged by the IPS Spam Defense platform, I've whitelisted your details on my site if you want to try signing up again.

Has this issue been resolved for others? I am having trouble with the plugin myself. Thanks!

Are you using the WordPress SSO by @stoo2000? He should have a link to a support topic or support website.

Kaitlin sent me a PM and I'm looking into the issue :)
