Placeholder list/guide for Support Requests

Hi,

If I create a stock action, how do I link existing & custom fields inside the body of the reply?

Ie: I have a custom field called "First Name"

I would like to have my stock action be something like.

Hi Ben,

bla bla bla.....

I tried $First_Name and this isnt working.
