Not load js for only one user (error in soft forum)[solved]

One user can't load js. The problem is in the forum(soft), because when I switch "load as ... xxx", I have the same problem.
The template is standard: link

Wtf... How to fix it? Thanks.

 

Edit: Is ok. I reinstalled chatbox.
