Unraid Community Admin Posted September 28, 2018 Share Posted September 28, 2018 Hi, We are wondering if its possible to set up an e-mail address for IPS to read and for all messages sent to that e-mail address, generate a post in the forums for it as well as an e-mail back to the user providing the link to their post? The use case here is that we currently ingest a lot of support requests via e-mail and we end up just directing folks to post in the forum anyway. We're thinking we could reduce the steps required if e-mail itself could be used to generate a post in the forum. Is this possible? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
