I'm on the cloud hosting plan and need to add a facebook pixel to my site.  How can I do this.

You'll see Facebook Pixel located in the list of 'Third Party Enhancements'

But then what? FB says their code needs to go in to the header section. Where is this on IC settings? I've yet to notice any place to add a header. Thanks.

Fill your relevant information in that the page asks for and the integration is automatic, you do not need to paste any code anywhere.
