What does this mean? I am in the admin cp trying to view members and change some of their usergroups. I get this error when I click on a members name.

The error means that you have Commerce installed, but its database tables are missing. If you have never actually used Commerce, you can uninstall it (and then reinstall it if you intend to use it), otherwise you might wish to submit a support ticket so we can assist.

I found I had tables that had a prefix. I dropped them all, or so I had thought.

Now I am finding these tables with the prefix "orig". Did the upgrade add these prefixes? Do I need to drop those prefixes too? Some of them pertain to Nexus.

When you ran the UTF8 converter, it created a copy of each table with the prefix orig_ - they can be safely removed now.
