We use the Nexus mod in our forum, is there a possibility that a moderator or staffmember can login the nexus-backend without the full-board-adminrights?

If you are attempting to give the user(s) access to respond to support tickets, they will need AdminCP access. You can set up limited AdminCP access so they can only access the support area.
