Remove 'follower' from a forum?

How, in v4, do I remove someone from the list of members following a particular topic or forum?

Kev

Click in the number of followers and you will see a red button to remove followers:

If it doesn’t appear to you then just enable the moderator permission: Can remove followers?.

This removes all followers. What I'm trying to do is remove specific followers. It used to be possible in v3 via ACP. Not possible in v4?

Sorry, I misread. For this matter, I have a plugin:

If you don't want to buy, then I suggest to post this a suggestion in the proper forum: https://invisioncommunity.com/forums/forum/499-feedback-and-ideas/

That's a shame, as it really should be a core ability for admins and mods and carry out. We have lots of members who 'followed' a forum or thread a long time ago, and their email addresses have since lapsed, causing a deluge of bounced notification emails. I need to be able to unsubscribe them from the various forums and topics they follow, until such time as I can get them to update their respective email addresses - and sometimes this never happens, as they've moved on.

There's a built-in setting that removes followers from a content after X days of no new replies:

That will reduce number of followers.

Thanks for trying Adriano, but none of the built-in options do what I require, unfortunately.

Kev

There’s a plugin. I linked above.
