Where do I find the options to set up paid subscriptions?

It’s not an addon. It’s an ecommerce product as part of the suite. Others might just run a store and nothing else. Or maybe add a forum later as an “addon”. That’s how the suite is designed. Independent apps. And all payments are handled through the Commerce app. 

Commerce covers subscriptions, products, support, and payment gateways.
