App showing as restrictable when it isn't

All applications automatically add to the AdminCP restrictions. If this was truly undesirable you'd have to add a hook to stop that and automatically grant access.

That simply makes no sense. A hook here is a workaround. If I even haven't modules, why would I want to have the app appearing in the Restrictions?

well, you've got to remember the code was done for their needs at the time. There are several issues I have run into that would be a lot harder to get around.
