Hi!

I edit the php.ini to upload a new theme, but don't work. I replace the original value (2mb) to (4mb)... don't work.

Did you restart your apache server after making the changes to your php.ini file?

Check to ensure you are editing the proper php.inin file, and also restart apache/php after the edit. You can verify the proper php.ini config file in your admincp > support > upper right corner > php info link > look for the current config file in use.
