That's actually an issue with your CSS. Most likely you changed a core css file instead of the custom.css. You will need to investigate your modified CSS files and resolve this.

I ran into this same issue when upgrading... Run the support tool in your ACP to clear your cache as well as doing a hard refresh of your browser to clear your browser cache.  That might get it...  If not, follow Jennifer's comment.
