I am having a major brain cramp, can someone tell me where the setting is to allow members to edit personal messages?  I have seen it, and now I am looking all through the ACP, and am unable to find it.

Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks!

ACP -> Members -> edit a group -> Content tab -> Editing -> Can edit own content? -> enable Personal Conversations.
