Error when upgrading from 4.1.19.4 to 4.3.3

Halfway through the update process, I got the following (500 Error)

Call to undefined method ips\ips::cicTrackingId()

I then went to my /upgrade folder so I can restart the upgrade process and on Step 1: Login, I get the following error:

Call to undefined method IPS\Member::encryptedPassword()

Now I am stuck and don't know what to do. My website is dead in the water.

Anyone know what is causing this and how to get passed it?

Best bet is to fill out support ticket in Client Area

Sounds to me like you didn't properly upload all of the files or they got corrupted during the transfer.

@LDDG did you ever get this resolved? I have the same issue with my upgrade.

Yes, I manually uploaded all files using FileZilla and that did the trick.
