LDDG Posted May 23, 2018 Share Posted May 23, 2018 Halfway through the update process, I got the following (500 Error) Call to undefined method ips\ips::cicTrackingId() I then went to my /upgrade folder so I can restart the upgrade process and on Step 1: Login, I get the following error: Call to undefined method IPS\Member::encryptedPassword() Now I am stuck and don't know what to do.
