I have noticed that when logged out of forum, If I do a menu bar search for example Matterport or AEC  I see the clubs/teams  and can browse them. I want to hide clubs/teams from view of non logged in members who try doing a search. How might I do this.

Check the permissions on the Clubs module (system > applications) in the ACP. Disable for guests. This is just a guess though.
