Data at Your Fingertips: Explore Our New Reporting and Statistical Capabilities By Ryan Ashbrook Tuesday at 01:29 PM
LiquidFractal
So I'm creating a Club (Space) for a group called the Complex Processes Research Group. Well and good; I can create blogs, forums, etc. etc. However, the only option we have for externally linking to these resources is the standard (and, may I say, ugly) URLs to generic blogs and forums, e.g. https://www.liquidfractal.org/blogs/blog/54-blog/ The option to create custom FURLs to change it to something like, for example, https://www.liquidfractal.org/blogs/CPRG-events-and-info-blog would be a far superior choice for so many reasons (Google being one of them!). I for one would like to see this option for all Club features - anyone else? EDIT: In fact - and even better - shouldn't all Clubs have the option of having the following structure? (following the above example) -- https://www.liquidfractal.org/the-complex-processes-research-group/CPRG-events-and-info-blog https://www.liquidfractal.org/the-complex-processes-research-group/videos or similar variations? @InvisionHQ Could this possibly be incorporated into Clubs Enhancements? Joel R
@liquidfractal just to remind you that @Kevin Carwile has a custom Furl app that's extremely powerful.

So much this! And paired with his "Automated Rules" app, you can automatically generate FURLs for any club that's created. It's great!
LiquidFractal
@Joel R @AlexWright thanks for the reminder. I had actually looked into using just that a little while ago, but found myself wanting some documentation on it. Now that I've had some time to tinker, I'm good on everything except the auto-fURL generating rules. This said - and not to diss Kevin's great apps - native functionality is theoretically better than 3rd-party in my opinion. But hey - this works. Still waiting on a fix for those @Charles.
