Close button on AdSense appearing over IPS overlays

Hi there,

On Google AdSense image ads, there is a Close button and also a Help icon.

I noticed that these two buttons are appearing on top of the IPS overlays, such as the Notifications panel:

I am finding it quite distracting.

Has anyone found a way to address this?
