Anyone know how can I increase the length of the title of the last post? This is only on the homepage:

It seems limited to 26 characters. I don't recall having this problem in 4.2, it's only since I upgraded. How can I make it post the full length?

That's how it always worked on Forums index. Right now on IPS:

It's not like that on my 4.2.9 board:

I don't think I ever changed that - from what I remember, it was that way out of the box. Unless it's somehow theme-specific.

This is a WIDGET, which shows the entire title. Your first image is from the forums categories list, which shows last post. They are two different things.

Yes. That. It’s hard-coded in the theme templates and your theme designer might have removed it.

No, that's from the forum homepage/forum list. It just looks squished because of the sidebar to the right of it.

A custom theme, anyway. IPS default theme always worked truncating.

Ask your designer to update your theme.
