Can't delete a blog

For some reason I cannot delete a blog that was created. I can delete the posts inside of it but not the blog itself. I am logged in as the administrator and trying to delete from ACP. I just get a message that says "You do not have permission to delete that item."

It seems to only be happening to one blog. Other blogs I can delete and edit. This one does not allow me to.
