Invision Community 4: SEO, prepare for v5 and dormant account notifications Matt November 11, 2024Nov 11
Posted April 27, 20187 yr Is there a way to memorialize a member who has died in the community. We have lost a few in the past couple of years and I've been trying to figure out a way to identify the profiles as memorialized so they can stand as informative tributes. Any ideas or apps would be greatly appreciated for this sensitive subject. Thank you. Troy

I guess I don't know what I'm exactly looking for until I find it. I could create a profile banner and replace theirs, but that doesn't feel right.

It keeps their profiles 100% intact, shows people that you respect their decisions on it, and still gives others the information that they have passed.
April 27, 20187 yr A new member group with nice icon looks just fine I thought may be this app could help but I dont know if admins can create "testimonials" on behalf of his members. Not a true "testimonial" but a kind word of you/your community, for them

He was loved by all, died riding a bike (on a trainer) in his garage. Died of a heart attack, less than 50. I never met him, but considered him a friend. We took it pretty hard.
