Arcade System for IPB4 - Are you guys interested?

I finally want to have a Arcarde System for IPB4. Maybe with HTML5 games instead of flash?

I am thinking about hiring a programmer, I don't want to wait anymore. Are some of you interested in a new Arcade System?

i'm not interested in the app itself, but i've been wanting to throw my hat into the ring and try some game development, what games are usually found in these types of packages? what are some of the features people expect with them? i'd be willing to throw some free time into it, if you wouldn't mind me bumbling about getting some bearings down on game development ?

Your best bet is html5 games made with https://unity3d.com/. They have a assets store with pre-made stuff which you can build on from.

The past ones basically used flash games with a lot of them just really basic games such as donkey kong type games and then would have leaderboards based on scores. It's been so long, I can't remember much else. Last one I really saw was way back in 2.x.

Like I've said before, what I REALLY wish would come back is casino, though! This guy, Mike, who had taken over arcade made a casino app basically like arcade, but you had a wallet with points in it to spend on various casino games, such as slots, craps, keno, etc... And had some anti-cheat features.

One bad thing about it, though, is I seriously got told my site couldn't be in search results anymore (I forget which search engine) even though it didn't use real money, only points!

I'd be interested in a customizable fun application / slot machine like mentioned here:

In my opinion, easy casino apps, that can be branded by our sites ("thematical image branding"), and where site benefits (f.e. points) can be awarded, are best suited.

You can play games everywhere in the internet, but you can't play games that are branded with our corporate identity design and our own "themes" (branch subject matters).

Easy games with awarding options + deep customization options are the key.
