Company Directory w/ Appointments System Needed - will pay

And that is exactly what I've been looking for. It would be the most popular and needed plugin on my website. I love all of the features, but I hate the fact that it plugs into the forums... That's the only part that doesn't make any sense. I really want it to be a standalone application that functions like: https://invisioncommunity.com/files/file/7756-sd-company-directory/

I bought that company directory. I like how it's a standalone application where members can create listings and I enjoy all of it's features. But basically, I'm looking to have all of the features of the appointment system added to it.

So my question is this: Would there be anyone out there who could build a plugin that could incorporate both of the above?

Unfortunately, it seems to be a one sided conversation. I can't get an answer on moving forward and this is something that is a must have for my community.
