Please add the following to your constants.php file and try again

<?php

define( 'USE_DEVELOPMENT_BUILDS', TRUE );

there is no such file

If you don't have one, create one, then add that code, 4.3.0 is still technically a beta release, in which that code will be needed as of now.

Please submit a support ticket, ensuring you provide or have on file proper FTP information and an admin login.

it's this you will need to do, I had the same

<?php
define( 'UPGRADE_MD5_CHECK', FALSE );

same issue here as I tried yesterday

Worked fine for me with md5 uncheck.

That worked for me ... I thought the version 4.3 is now released?

It has been, but is still flagged as a beta on our side to allow for a phased/limited rollout.
